Due to the customization of our products, we do not accept returns and exchanges. However, if there is a problem with the product upon receipt, please take a picture and contact me and I will do everything within reason, to keep you satisfied as our #1 customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
